- Complete and submit an application form available by Clicking Here
- Submit a 700-900 word essay discussing how the Records and Information Management profession is changing and how these changes have impacted your career.
- Attend the ARMA Houston Chapter Conference (2 days) scheduled April 28-29, 2009. If you are selected, your registration fee will be paid. Travel and all other expenses will not be covered.
- Submit one article (300-400 words) appropriate for publication in the ARMAdilla by June 15, 2009. The article should be based on your experiences at the conference including what you learned from sessions attended, networking experiences, information gained from vendor exhibits, etc.

The Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund exists for the purpose of furthering education in the field of information and records management. It is supported by contributions from various chapters of ARMA, companies, individuals, and other organizations. The Houston ARMA Chapter created the Fund in 1985 to honor Alice L. Haltom CRM at retirement for her untiring efforts to improve the profession of information and records management during her career that spanned more than three decades.
