Mission

The Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund exists for the purpose of furthering education in the field of information and records management. We receive support from various chapters of ARMA International, corporate donors, private individuals, and other organizations. The Houston ARMA Chapter created the Fund in 1985 to honor Alice L. Haltom CRM at retirement for her untiring efforts to improve the profession of information and records management during her career spanning more than three decades.

What are the eligibility requirements?

  • US Citizen

  • Southwest US Resident

  • Actively pursuing information degree in Records Management/ Governance or Archives

  • 3.0 Unweighted GPA

When Can I apply?

Applications are due May 1st.

The funds will be applied to the following academic year.
